  • Watson Institute Rising Leaders of Mexico Fellowship 2024 {Fully Funded}

The Rising Leaders of Mexico Fellowship is a leadership and venture development program designed to equip next-generation entrepreneurs from Mexico with the skills, resources, and experience to scale impactful ventures. Fellows will join the Flagship Fellowship program alongside 30 other entrepreneurs to learn advanced skills in entrepreneurship and leadership, gain experience, build a global network, and have the opportunity to earn a venture development stipend as they lay the foundation to empower individuals and transform their communities. The 2024 AYF Fellowship Program is a 9-month live-in working program on Awaji Island, Japan at the home of the Awaji Youth Federation, Manabi no Sato. It provides selected Fellows with the opportunity to challenge themselves and hone their individual skills in a multicultural environment that reflects both the needs of the Japanese workplace and the opportunities that come with a flexibly structured and stimulating `learning by doing` structure. Guided by the philosophy of `Turning your Imagination into Action`, AYF works under the umbrella of the Pasona Group towards sustainable business solutions for society`s problems. AYF Fellows have a special chance to bring a unique global perspective to a highly localized regional community on Awaji Island in Japan.

  • Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program at the University of Gondar for International Scholars 2024 [ Fully Funded ] 

The Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program at the University of Gondar will award a total of 160 graduate scholarships for eight years, which started in the 2018/19 Academic year. The scholarship will directly benefit academically talented but disadvantaged youth from five East African countries – Ethiopia, Somalia, Eritrea , Djibouti and South Sudan. The Graduate Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program is designed to help Scholars acquire transformational and leadership skills and demonstrate high professional and scholarly competencies to effectively influence global, regional, national and local socioeconomic development trends. The Program will avail excellent academic and nonacademic support to Mastercard Foundation Scholars during their stay at the University of Gondar.

  • Flinders University AGRTP Scholarship (International) 2024-25 in Australia (Fully Funded)

The Flinders University Australian Government Research Training Program Scholarship (AGRTP) (International) are specifically intended to support international students to undertake a Higher Degree. The AGRTPS includes an international tuition fee offset, a living stipend and Overseas Health Care cover. A limited number (up to 6) of AGRTPS are available each year. Due to the limited number of scholarships available, this scholarship is highly competitive. The AGRTPS is awarded to candidates who demonstrate outstanding aptitude for independent research. AGRTPS are considered on the basis of academic merit, academic research training and research indicators and performance. In 2024, the successful applicants received the maximum number of points (25) for their publications, i.e., applicants submitted 5 publications.

  • UN OHCHR Fellowship programme 2024 for people of African descent [Fully funded to Geneva]

The Fellowship programme for people of African descent is an intensive human rights training for people of African descent, from the diaspora, who are engaged in promoting the rights of people of African descent. It takes place once a year at the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in Geneva. The Fellowship will be held from 11 November to 29 November 2024 in Geneva, Switzerland. In addition, fellows are expected to dedicate a few hours to pre-online courses and preparatory assignments in the preceding two weeks.

  • TWAS-DFG Cooperation Visits Programme – MENA 2024 (Funded)

The TWAS-DFG Cooperation Visits Programme provides postdoctoral researchers from the MENA region with the opportunity to make a three-month ‘Cooperation Visit’ to a research institute in Germany. Such visits must be undertaken within 12 months of the award. The aim of the visit is to initiate research collaboration between the scientists from the MENA region and the German scientists with the ultimate goal of developing longer-term links, perhaps through other Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG, or German Research Foundation) programmes.

  • PAGES African Mobility Fellowship 2024

The PAGES African Mobility Fellowship aims to provide limited support for travel and subsistence to early-career researchers from African countries, including PhD students and postdocs at African institutions, who wish to gain experience in another African country. The final goal is to contribute to the development of collaborative research and the promotion of paleoscience network within Africa. The program is intended to support costs associated with international travel and living expenses while abroad, i.e. flight (economy class), visa, and accommodation (subsistence and housing) costs for the period of the exchange, for the fellow only. Insurance will not be covered by the grant. PAGES cannot be deemed responsible if the candidate cannot travel for any reason (such as flight cancelation).
